Especially that water activities are highly enjoyable, they activate all muscle groups and allow you to face a challenge.

Be a surfer

Surfing is probably the most frequently shown watersport in the movies because it is an extremely spectacular sport. And people are always interested when seeing a beachgoer carrying a surf board with one arm. We would say that the difficulty level of that discipline is medium; however, the instructor will consider your proficiency level – after all, you’ve got to start sometime. It may be difficult to stay on board as the waves come; however, practice makes perfect. There are plenty of surfing schools in Poland; you can find a lot of them in Hel or Chałupy, for example.

A board and a sail, or windsurfing

You will need the equipment, water, wind and a person who will give some valuable lessons to the beginners. In windsurfing, it is important that you know how to respond to changing weather conditions and take care of your safety. It requires a strong core. However, once you’ve mastered the basics, the pleasure you get from windsurfing is simply indescribable. And the adrenaline rush will do the rest. If you’re dreaming about windsurfing this summer, we recommend Zalew Rybnicki in Silesia – its total area is as much as 550 hectares!
