If the MultiSport Card is suspended within the time frames indicated by Benefit Systems, no fee is charged.

Plastic card is not required. When entering the facilities, you can use the virtual card in the MultiSport mobile app, which is available in the following stores: Play, AppStore or App Gallery. After downloading the app, add your card number and, if you do not want to show your ID each time, add a photo and confirm your identity in the app.

What should I do if I lose my MultiSport card?

Report your lost card to the HR Department of your company. If the card was ordered and paid for via the eMultiSport platform or the MyBenefit cafeteria, you can order a duplicate card on the platform’s website. The new card will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of application. Remember that the card must be active to order a duplicate. Until you receive the duplicate, you can use the MultiSport mobile app. If you do not have a card number, ask for it in the HR department of your employer or contact our CC at 22 242 42 42.

Each time you enter the facility, you will be required to show your MultiSport card in plastic form along with a document confirming your identity or a virtual card in the mobile app (if you have a photo in the app with confirmed identity status, you do not need to bring a document with you).

The individual additional cards differ in terms of age limits, the number of facilities available and the number of entries allowed per day or month. In some cases, there is also the criterion of the hours during which sports activities can be enjoyed. Remember that the next clock in of the MultiSport Plus card is possible after you have finished using the previous service. If you wish to cancel your visit within 20 minutes of the start of your visit, present your card or a new QR code again at the facility you are visiting.

No. Unused visits with the MultiSport Light card are not carried over to the next month. The MultiSport Light card has a fixed entry limit, which can only be used within a certain period of time.

No. The MultiSport Student card is for anyone between 15 and 26 years of age, even without a student status. You can order it for a teenager or a young adult child as an additional card to your main MultiSport card.

There are no limits. You are free to join as many courses as you like when and where it suits you. Every week, you gain access to more lessons.

As the space develops, new courses will be added on an ongoing basis. Design Your Form participants will be able to contribute topic ideas for the course line-up. Comments and suggestions can be submitted via questionnaires that are completed at the end of each course.

Who can use a mobile MultiSport card?

The mobile MultiSport card can be used by any MultiSport Program user. All you need to do is download the free MultiSport app from Google Play, AppStore or App Gallery and add your card number.

Use of the app will require an iOS or Android mobile device, versions: Android v. 8.0 and iOS v. 14.0 or later, and an internet connection.

How do I use my mobile MultiSport card? Is there any extra fee?

The mobile MultiSport card is a digital equivalent of your standard card. No extra fees are charged for using the mobile MultiSport card.

In order to use a mobile MultiSport card, you have two options:

If you have a paid and active standard card, you simply need to set up its number in the mobile app.
If you don’t have a physical MultiSport card, because your employer decided against it, and you want to use the mobile format only, you will receive your card number to set up the app in your phone. If you don’t know where to get the MultiSport card number from, ask your employer.

If I already have an account on kartamultisport.pl and/or emultisport.pl, can I log in the app using the same credentials?

Accepted Answer

If you already have an account on kartamultisport.pl and/or emultisport.pl, you can use the same credentials to log in to the application. You do not need to create a separate account.

If you have a new card:

Your data assigned to it corresponds to those on the old card, you can enter your account and in the "My Products" tab select the "Change card number" button to continue using the MultiSport Program without losing points collected in the Summer Game or earned internship in Design Form. This button will only appear when your card becomes inactive.
Your data assigned to it does not match the data on the old card (e. g. a diminutive of your name or other surname appeared), you can:

have the old account deleted from within the app and register anew using the same email address*;
re-register with a different e-mail address*;
contact the helpline (at +48 22 242 42 42) and ask to unify the data.

* Choosing such a solution results in, among others, losing the points accumulated in the Summer Game or the seniority earned in the Design Your Form programme. You then start your MultiSport journey completely anew.

How is my identity confirmed by a sports facility?

To identify yourself at a sports facility:

Before your next visit to a sports facility, upload your photo in the app. On the home screen in the app, click on “Confirm your identity” and add your photo, either from the phone gallery or straight from your camera.
When you visit the facility, log in to the MultiSport app.
Go to “My Profile” tab by clicking on the selected photo thumbnail on the home screen.
Select “Show the photo at the facility”.
Generate your special QR code or token number.
Present the QR code for scanning together with your ID card. An employee will verify your data and confirm your identity.
In a moment, your status in the app will change to “Confirmed” and you will be able to register your visits without the need to show your ID card.

Question 43

Can I use the MultiSport mobile app at every facility to confirm my identity?

Accepted Answer

You can use the mobile app at most facilities that are available with the MultiSport card. If in doubt, select the appropriate filter in the search engine:

“Here you can enter with the identity confirmed in the app”
“Here you can confirm and use your identity in the app”.

Confirmation of identity is required only once if you add a current photo to your account in the app. Otherwise, each time you enter the facility, its staff will ask you to show a valid document with a photo.

How do I cancel a visit using my mobile MultiSport card in the app?

In order to cancel a visit that you have booked with your mobile MultiSport card, you need to generate another QR code or token and provide it to the person at the reception desk in the sports facility, asking them to cancel your visit.

You need to scan the QR code or token within 20 minutes after it is generated in the facility where your visit has been registered.

Question 45

The device that scans QR codes generated by the MultiSport app in the sports facility is out of order. How do I register my entry?

Give the token number shown under the QR code to the person at the reception desk in the sports facility. They will enter the token manually using the terminal keyboard.

Do I need to add a photo in my MultiSport mobile app?

Accepted Answer

Adding a photo in the application is not mandatory. However, it’s worth doing it, because with this feature you can enter facilities with the app without showing your identity document. A photo in the app allows you to confirm your identity. If you do not have your identity confirmed in the app, you will need to show a valid document with a photo each time in order to enter the facility.

Can I change my photo in the application?

Yes, you can change the photo no more than once every 30 days.

If you wish to add a new photo earlier than that, you can clean the app’s cache. The old picture will then be removed automatically and you will need to upload a new one. In case of any problems, writing to mobile_opinie@benefitsystems.pl. Remember that if you remove your photo, you will have to confirm your identity again.

What are the requirements for the photo in the application?

The photograph must clearly show your face so that the employee of the sports facility can recognise you during the visit. The photo does not need to be professional – ordinary “selfies” taken with a smartphone will be accepted as well.

What does the visit rating consist of?

Accepted Answer

The rating of a visit at a given facility consists of the general rating reflecting an overall impression after a visit, and the detailed rating regarding the specific aspects of facility operation, i.e. reception desk service, training comfort, cleanliness and hygiene, functionality of the equipment, care provided by trainers and instructors. You can rate a given facility once every 30 days.

When can I rate a visit at a facility?

You will be sent a request for rating 1.5 hours after the visit registered via the MultiSport application. If you have consented to it, you will receive a push notification which will redirect you to the rating form. You can also choose an option to rate a visit later and to return to the rating at your convenience by clicking the “Visit rating” section available at “More” at the bottom bar in the application. In this section, you will find all visits that you have not rated yet.

Why do I rate my visit at a facility in the application?

By rating your visit at a given facility, you give us information about the level of its services. This allows our Partners to improve quality and develop continuously, with the needs of Users in mind

How can I disable notifications concerning the facility rating?

There are two ways to disable notifications concerning the facility rating:

by unchecking the consent to receive marketing messages regarding Benefit Systems through push notifications – this option is available in the “Consents” tab in the mobile application;
by disabling the option to send notifications via the MultiSport application in the settings on your phone.

Remember that even though the facility rating takes just a few seconds, it allows our Partners (sports and recreation facilities) to better meet your needs.

How can I add my child’s card to my app?

MultiSport Kids and MultiSport Kids Aqua cards can only be added by an Employee card holder. You can add up to 5 additional cards in the app.

To add a MultiSport Kids or MultiSport Kids Aqua card:

The first step is to log out of your account. Create a separate account for your child in the app. Now you can create an account for your child by registering them on a separate e-mail in the MultiSport app. Remember that if your child already has a MultiSport account, you do not need to create it again. All you need to do is know the e-mail address to which it was registered. After creating an account, add your child's card number there. Log out of your child's account and log in to yours.
Swipe the screen where your card is displayed to the right.
Click on “Add card”.
Enter your child’s first name (without the last name) and card number, then submit.
We will send an e-mail and information in the child's application asking for confirmation to the e-mail address where the child's account was created.
Confirm that you want to add the card. All done!

Can I share a children&#x27;s cards in the mobile app with other people?

Yes, you can share cards with Employee, Accompanying Person, Senior and adult Student card holders. Anyone you share your card with needs to have an active account in the application.

One MultiSport Kids or Kids Aqua card can be shared up to 4 times.

Choose “share” for your additional card and enter the e-mail address of the person you want to share the card with. It must be the address linked to their MultiSport account.

Remember that the user you are sharing your card with must approve the operation. We will send them an e-mail with an activation link.

As an accompanying person, can I link my child’s card to my account?

No. Additional cards can only be added by Employee card holders. Another app user can share a card with you as an accompanying person.
