  • I have a new MultiSport card, do I need to create a new account?

    No, don’t create a new account. If your previous card has expired and you have a new card number (e.g., after changing the employer), all you need to do is update the number. There are two ways to do this: Using the MultiSport app: click on the image of the card that displays the status “inactive” and add a new, current MultiSport card. Using the website www.kartamultisport.pl: log in to your existing account, then go to the “Products” tab in your profile and next to an inactive product click the option: “Enter a new product number”.
  • I want to activate my account at: kartamultisport.pl; multi.life or in the MultiSport mobile app, but I have not received an e-mail with an activation link.

    If you have not received an e-mail with the activation link, please wait a few minutes and refresh your mailbox. Check your “Spam” folder. If you still have not received the message, generate the activation link again. You can do this as follows: Log back in at www.kartamultisport.pl, www.multi.life or to the MultiSport app. After successful log-in you will get the message that you have to activate your account and an activation link has been sent. When logging in, you can also click on the "Forgot my password" link. Then you will receive a message with a password reset notification. After clicking on the link, you will see a message that you have to activate your account and that an activation link has been resent to you. If you still do not receive an activation link, sign up for an account again with a valid e-mail address, as in the previous signing up an incorrect e-mail address may have been provided.
  • I only have a MultiSport card, can I use the website www.multi.life?

    MultiSport and MultiLife are two different products. In order to make full use of the website multi.life, it is necessary to have a MultiLife product. Ask your employer about the possibilities.
  • I still do not have full access to the website at www.kartamultisport.pl, even though I have set up an account. Why?

    You will get full access to the website on the day your product becomes active and the product number has been assigned to your account that you log into.
  • Can I use the MultiLife program in my MultiSport app?

    No, because this app is dedicated exclusively to the MultiSport product. Using MultiLife services is possible through the website: www.multi.life, which also has a version for mobile devices.
  • Can I manage my product after logging in to www.kartamultisport.pl or www.multilife.com.pl?

    You can manage your products on the platform: www.emultisport.pl, if you have access to that platform. To this end, choose the “Manage products” option.
  • What if I already have an account set up for a product purchased by a previous employer?

    All you have to do is update the active product number. There are two ways to do this: Using the MultiSport app: click on the image of the card that displays the status “inactive” and add a new, current MultiSport card. Using the website www.kartamultisport.pl: log in to your existing account, then go to the “Products” tab in your profile and next to an inactive product click the option: “Enter a new product number”.
  • Why do I need to provide my age when registering an account?

    At Benefit Systems, we make sure that minors do not receive any marketing information from us, so we must verify the age of every user registering an account. Users under the age of 13 should be registered by a Parent or Legal Guardian.
  • Why do I have to re-enter my data during registration when providing the MultiSport card number, even though I have entered it before?

    This may happen when the data provided at registration (your first and family name) do not match the data linked to the card. Make sure that the data you provide at registration are the same as the data on the card.
