MULTISPORT LAB AT WINTER NATIONAL STADIUM
Discover a unique space for all generations, where there is something for everyone! Come and check out consultations with specialists, innovative fitness equipment and interactive games for the young ones.
Check out attractions for the whole family and visit the MultiSport Lab between 24 November and 19 February.
The MultiSport Lab is a glass-panelled tent with an area of 200 square meters, one of this year's attractions at the Winter National Stadium. Any visitor to the PGE National Stadium can use the tent free of charge.
The MultiSport Lab will offer consultations with specialists, attractions for children and seniors, an innovative ICAROS gym machine, TRX MAPS body scans and other services. Also planned are regular lectures and workshops for MultiSport Programme Users.
The MultiSport Lab is open on:
Monday - Friday 4:00 - 8:00 pm
Saturday 12:00 - 8:00 pm
Sunday 12:00 - 7:00 pm.
The MultiSport Lab offers the following services: consultations with dietitians and physiotherapists; body measurement on tanita scales; TRX MAPS body scan; consultations for seniors; Active MultiSport School zones and toddler zones with attractions for the youngest children, as well as workout on an Icaros device equipped with a VR headset.
In addition, yoga and Pilates classes will be available to MultiSport Programme Users, as well as regular lectures, for which you must sign up via the registration form at www.kartamultisport.pl.
To sign up for a yoga or Pilates class, a workshop or a lecture, use the registration form available on the page describing the given event. In order to fill in the form, you must register or log into the MultiSport Zone at www.kartamultisport.pl. Your class registration will be confirmed by email. If you cannot attend, for whatever reason, please remember to cancel your registration.
Lectures and classes at the MultiSport Lab are for MultiSport Programme Users only. Due to limited availability, only card holders can attend.
To take part in any activity offered exclusively to MultiSport Programme Users, you need to bring your sports card and an identity document – as you do when you enter a sports facility.
