It doesn’t matter whether you are a complete beginner or have already practiced some asanas. Don’t be afraid to try – the classes will be adjusted to the group’s level every time!
The MultiSport Programme Users have priority when enrolling in the yoga classes in MultiSport Lab – the enrollment form is available below. Note: for MultiSport Classic and MultiActive cards, one admission to the classes is equivalent to one use of a sports facility.
